Who will be crowned the first Cornhole Champions at the Elks? Whether you’re a Wednesday warrior, or a part-time pancaker, we want you to participate in the tournament to crown a champion for our Lodge’s favorite sport. Have a blast with your fellow Elks – grab a teammate and get ready to go for Saturday Sept 15th. Registration begins at 7 pm. There will be NO pre-registration for the event. If you make it through the first rounds, you will advance to the semifinal rounds to be played on Saturday, October 27th. Our finalists will square off at the Chili Cook-off to determine our Club Champs! The winning team will win $100.00 grand prize and will have their team photo posted in the lounge as the 2012 Club Champions.

Tournament Schedule:
Second & Semifinal Rounds: Saturday, October 27th
Championship: Saturday, November 3rd at Chili Cook-Off

Tournament structure:
The Championship Tournament will consist of either single or double elimination depending on number of total registered teams. Matches will be best out of 3 in first rounds. Final Four & Championship matches will consist of best out of 5.

Scoring: We will score the “Traditional” Elks way, with first team to reach 21 (non-canceling method) with each team having equal amounts of tosses. If both teams exceed 21 during the same round, we will continue play until a team leads after a round; at which that team will be the winner of that game.

Team/Player Eligibility:
A Team must consist of HP Elks Member(s) in good standing or a spouse of a Member in good standing. Please bring your 2012-12 Membership Card to registration on September 15th.
A member (or spouse) may only participate on ONE team.
The $10.00 team registration fee must be paid at registration on 9/15/12.
