11th Annual Albertson/Hall Charity Golf Tournament – 11/09

With grateful hearts, the Andy Albertson and Steven Hall Memorial Charity Golf Tournament committee donated $13,500 to Camp Carefree. The camp provides a FREE, one-week camping experience for kids, ages 6 to 16, with chronic illnesses and disabilities, including cancer, Spina Bifida, epilepsy and more. The program also includes camps for well siblings of ill children, and a week for children with a sick parent.

For the last eleven years, this tournament has donated $132,500 to area non-profits to honor the life of former Exalted Rulers Andy Albertson and Steven Hall who passed early in life. A big thank you to all golfers, sponsors and businesses that donated to make this tournament, and all those in the past, a continued success. Due to the high energy of the High Point Elks Lodge golf committee, this fundraiser makes a difference to each beneficiary every year.
