When: Saturday, July 20th (immediately following City Meet)
Where: HP Elks Shelter, Pool & Lounge
Time: 8pm – 11pm
We will have the pool and shelter reserved from 8pm – 11pm. We will also have use of the downstairs Lounge area, where the grill will be open until 9:00 and Nick Tribble will be running karaoke for the kids (and adults if you so choose).
We will be using the big grill in the shelter area to cook hot dogs and hamburgers from 8:30 to 9:30. The only unknown at this time is what we might need each family to bring, which is largely dependent on the kind donations of two of our valuable sponsors, Sheetz and Above & Beyond Catering. We hope that our sponsor donations, leftover concessions and swim team budget will cover the entire cost of our event. However, we may need to ask for each family to bring a side and/or drink. However, this out-of-pocket cost will not exceed $10, far less than most families would spend if we went to Looney’s or Ham’s, as we have done in the past.
