The Board of Directors is comprised of our 5 Lodge Trustees along with our Exalted Ruler, Leading Knight, Loyal Knight, Lecturing Knight, Secretary and Treasurer. Responsibilities include control of the funds and investments of the Lodge, receive and collect income and rent from the Lodge property, execute all leases, contracts or other papers when ordered by the Lodge. The Board of Directors meet the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm.
